Q: Do we have to pay the full amount when we book?
A: No. We simply ask for a 25% up front non refundable deposit  when booking, The final amount is paid on arrival the date of your booking.

Q: When is the latest we can book?
A: It can be the as late as the day before depending if we have the necessary equipment available. We suggest at least 4 weeks before your event.

Q: When do you get to the venue to set up?
A: That is down to you we are happy to set up when you need us to. However please bear in mind we need a minimum of 1 Hour to set up prior to your event starting. 

Q: What is the difference between half day and full day hire?
A: Half day hire is a hire of up to 4 hours, A full day hire is a hire from 8am up to 11pm.

Q: When we hire the equipment do you supply the music?
A: We do not supply music to any hire unless it has been agreed before hand, We do offer playlist for additional cost however when hiring the equipment its very simple to plug in your own audio device to play from such as; Laptops, Phones, Ipods.

Q: Do you only hire?
A: No, as well as hiring equipment we do offer a Disco Package that comes with a DJ, But please enquire for this package as it does book up quickly. Still need a question answering? Get in touch today.
